While there, Beth led efforts across product development, emerging payments, pricing programs, marketing strategies and merchant relationships. Before joining Discover, Beth built a reputation for creating successful products and programs at MasterCard International. She spent time in Member Relations and led initiatives in the Commercial Products, Chip Card, and Co-branding departments. As Senior Vice President of Advanced Payments, Beth went on to help develop and implement MasterCard PayPass, and build the company's early stage Global Innovation Practice.
