Biggs|Gilmore Wins Top Agency at the Internet Advertising Competition for the Second Year in a Row
KALAMAZOO, Mich., March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- For the second year in a row, digital agency Biggs|Gilmore was named Top Agency at the Internet Advertising Competition (IAC). The agency also took home 16 awards including three Best of Show awards, nine Best of Industry awards and seven Outstanding awards at the 8th annual IAC awards.
The Internet Advertising Competition, sponsored by the Web Marketing Association, is the first and only competition dedicated exclusively to online advertising.
"Our clients have really embraced what great digital work can do for their business," said Andy Gould, senior vice president, executive creative director. "As a result, we're seeing more and more brands branch out from traditional online advertising into things like online video, apps and gaming."
Entries were judged on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting and ease of use.
"Winning 16 awards for nine different brands says a lot about the depth of our agency," said Marino Puhalj, senior vice president, executive creative director.
The agency's three Best of Show awards included Best Food Industry Websites/Best of Show Websites (Froot Loops), Best Food Industry Interactive application/Best of Show Interactive application (Apple Jacks) and Best Food Industry Online Video/Best of Show Online Video (Morningstar Farms).
