"Indiana has a robust, diverse life sciences ecosystem that is well known and championed here at home, but is not known outside of the state. Pulling together the BioIndiana Map was the perfect way for us to showcase many of the life sciences companies and academic institutions that contribute to the state's strength in life sciences. We were honored to present a copy of the BioIndiana Map to former Indiana Governor and now Vice President Mike Pence as a thank you for his strong support of the life sciences industry," remarked David Broecker, President and CEO of Indiana Biosciences Research Institute.
For over 30 years, BioSpace Hotbed Maps have highlighted thriving clusters of the life science industry, helping to attract investment, talent and additional resources to specific geographic areas in the United States and Canada.
"The iconic BioSpace Hotbed Maps have been defining the life sciences industry for decades and we are excited to be able to showcase so many innovative companies in the state of Indiana with this new map," said Josh Goodwin, Managing Director, BioSpace.
