Bipper's bSafe mobile personal safety app for Android, iPhone and Blackberry devices uses text, video and GPS-tracking capabilities to protect users who are walking alone or in locations that may be unsafe. It features an SOS button that sounds an alarm, transmits text messages requesting help to designated contacts and uploads a map and recorded video of the user's location. The company's MobileKids app for Android and iPhone has advanced safety features plus capabilities that allow parents to monitor and control children's mobile phone usage.
