This customer tool now includes a more intuitive user interface and additional functionality that enables customers to better manage their voice, data, cloud and IT services in real-time from a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
One of the enhancements included in this new version of BirchConnect℠ is the ability to self-initiate and track trouble tickets, eliminating the need to call-in for service issues or status requests. This feature was designed to improve customer-initiated trouble resolution intervals. Additionally, Birch's Elite customers now benefit from an easier and more intuitive tool that can be used to manage their large and complex multi-location accounts.
Birch's industry-leading Hosted Microsoft Exchange (HME) has also been optimized in this new version of BirchConnect℠.
