Bizrate Insights releases latest consumer pulse on display advertising
-Display retargeting ads remind consumers to reconsider and purchase-
LOS ANGELES, July 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In a recent study on display advertising by Bizrate Insights, 85% of online consumers had a positive or neutral attitude toward display retargeting ads – a big win for the ecommerce and display retargeting industries. 25% of online consumers reported liking retargeted display advertising, selecting that they "like it because the ad reminds [them] of what [they] were looking at previously" according to this latest research from Bizrate Insights. The study also finds that women are slightly more receptive than men to retargeted ads.
