BlackBox Logic to Showcase New Servicer Behavior Dataset at ABS East 2014
DENVER, Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BlackBox Logic, a residential mortgage-backed security (RMBS) data and analytics company, has announced that it will be exhibiting new enhancements to its core suite of products at an upcoming ABS East Conference in Miami, Florida from Sept. 21-23.
"Over the past 12 months we have put a lot of focus on developing a loan-level non-agency RMBS dataset that provides vital transparency into servicer behavior, including events such as forbearance which is difficult to estimate but has become an increasingly important topic to understand," Cory Lambert, VP of Data & Analytics at BlackBox, said. "We are looking forward to showcasing this new dataset, BBx Premium Non-Agency RMBS, at ABS East this year, as we believe it will provide considerable uplift to investors and other mortgage market participants."
The BBx Premium Non-Agency RMBS dataset helps capital market participants more accurately evaluate security performance and the ways in which it is impacted by servicer behavior. The dataset includes information on forbearance, modifications and servicer advances, and can track the historical progression of this data.
Visitors at the conference will have the opportunity to stop by the BlackBox booth and learn how this new product can contribute to their mortgage market analysis.
