(NYSE: BXMT) announced today that its Board of Directors authorized the declaration of a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2013 of $0.27 per share on shares of its class A common stock. This dividend is payable on October 15, 2013 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2013.
