BLAZE PR expands its international client roster with Munich's Schwabinger Tor
Agency to spearhead public relations initiatives for the city-within-a-city with an emphasis on the sharing economy
SANTA MONICA, Calif., March 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- BLAZE, the nationally recognized PR firm that represents leading brands in food & beverage, consumer, real estate, retail and lifestyle announced the addition of Schwabinger Tor to its roster. Schwabinger Tor is a city within a city built on the idea that nothing is owned but simply used and rented.
"Schwabinger Tor is one of the most exciting and largest development projects in Munich in recent memory," said BLAZE President Matt Kovacs. "We look forward to helping to elevate their awareness to North American residents who are interested in the sharing economy and taking part in the unique opportunity that Schwabinger Tor presents them."
BLAZE is tasked with raising the profile of Schwabinger Tor and create interest among North American residents. As part of the contract, BLAZE will create press materials, arrange for interviews and schedule tours for visiting media of the still in development property.
With 950,000 sq. feet above ground and 720,000 sq. feet below ground, Schwabinger Tor is one of Munich's largest developments. Built as a city within a city where people can live, shop and work in one location, Schwabinger Tor will contain shops, restaurants, artists' studios, a weekly market, 50 state-of-the art office spaces, more than 200 high quality apartments that range from custom penthouses to affordable, yet attractive studios and an Andaz Hotel by Hyatt. Its supreme location along a half-kilometer stretch of the famed Leopoldstrasse in Munich-Schwabing will make Schwabinger Tor a gateway to Munich.
A custom developed mobile app will provide residents and workers with information on everything that is available for sharing at their fingertips. Office sharing, food sharing, meal sharing, bike sharing or even task sharing will enjoy popularity at Schwabinger Tor. If a resident is going out of town for a week, instead of throwing out the food that will go bad, they can let everyone know what is available. If someone is new to Munich, they can look to share a meal with a local to get to know the area.
Later this year, the Northern part of the project will be completed while the entire development is expected to be completed in 2017. For information on apartments, office space and more, visit http://www.schwabinger-tor.de/en/.
