In addition, they also attended the annual orthopedic congress that was held March 10-11 in Bratislava. Brian Mehling, M.D., founder and chief medical officer of BHI, one of the speakers, presented the preliminary date outcomes of BHI's program.
More than 100 patients have successfully received autologous stem cell therapy for their joint diseases.
Ms. Santora, chief operating officer of BHI is also COO of BHI Therapeutic Sciences, LLC, a company that offers a novel method of arthritis therapy using a patient's own stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells including mesenchymal stem cells. I am pleased with the fact that Malacky Hospital is staffed with expertly-trained medical professionals and is one of the premiere hospitals in Central Europe." Mr. Ferguson, formerly CEO of Hackensack University Medical Center, transformed the center from a community hospital into a nationally recognized medical center.
