During the period September 26, 2012 to September 28, 2012, the Company repurchased 283,300 shares, the maximum amount that could be repurchased under SEC rules. The company has 2,011,496 shares remaining in its existing authorization. Chairman & CEO Robert B. Goergen noted that, "from time to time, the Company will repurchase shares when we believe it is in the best interest of our long-term shareholders based on our growth, profitability and cash flow outlook. We believe market conditions over the past few days offered such an opportunity, so the Company repurchased shares to the regulatory limit."
