Jerry Schmidt, Senior Superintendent, also moved from the San Francisco Bay Area BNBuilders office. With over 35 years in the construction industry, Mr. Schmidt has worked on numerous project types, ranging from biotech and healthcare facilities to mission critical/data center and commercial projects. His experience spans everything from small tenant improvements to large-scale new construction. These projects have required Mr. Schmidt's attention to phasing and coordination, and communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and government agencies.
