BNY Mellon's Pershing Expands Third-Party Model Providers Available on Managed Accounts Solution
JERSEY CITY, N.J., April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BNY Mellon's Pershing today announced the addition of Invesco and Loring Ward as two new third-party model providers on its Managed360® solution. Several enhancements to its existing third-party model provider offerings from Russell Investments and Vanguard were also added to Managed360.
Managed360, offered through Pershing affiliate Lockwood Advisors, Inc. ("Lockwood"), delivers a streamlined managed accounts experience, leveraging the power of Pershing's NetX360® platform to help financial professionals scale their managed accounts business.
The expansion of third-party model provider offerings, which include a range of ETF and mutual fund portfolios, is designed to provide financial professionals with a diverse set of strategies to help them meet a broader array of client investment goals.

Solutions available to financial professionals on Managed360 include a series of Lockwood-discretionary managed portfolios, including unified managed accounts, traditional and objective-based mutual fund/exchange-traded fund (ETF) wrap accounts, and third-party mutual fund/ETF model solutions, as well as a platform of research covered and open-architecture separately managed account managers.

New Model Providers:
Invesco: Through its PowerShares ETF portfolios, managed by Invesco's Global Solutions Development and Implementation team, Invesco will offer Pershing clients five traditional portfolios focusing on factor-based investing that span the risk spectrum from emerging to mass-affluent investors.
Loring Ward: Loring Ward will offer select Pershing clients its Global Portfolio Series, which are guided by Loring Ward's Asset Class Investing Philosophy and built with funds from Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA). The Global Portfolio Series offers seven risk-based portfolio models with as many as 10,000 securities from 45 countries. With overweights toward value, small cap and profitable equities, the Global Portfolio Series models are designed for investors who are comfortable with broad diversification and a multi-factor approach.
Enhancements to Existing Model Providers:
Russell Investments: Russell Investments will add to Managed360 its Hybrid Model Strategies, which are multi-asset portfolios designed to provide global and asset class diversification. The new models feature seven traditional portfolios that span the risk spectrum targeting mass-affluent to high-net-worth investors seeking an integration of active, factor and passive investing strategies.
Vanguard: Vanguard's CRSP model series offered through Managed360 will increase from six to 11 options, adding additional allocation options in 10 percent increments to cater to those looking for more targeted asset allocation models.
