Bonneville Solutions, a Division of Farley WinDoor Ltd, is Not Tied to the Financial Woes of Bonneville Windows and Doors (GBO)
SAINTE-MARIE, QC, Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Due to the recent decision of Bonneville Windows and Doors (GBO) to temporarily suspend their activities, and the confusion that followed, the management of Bonneville Solutions, a division of Farley WinDoor Ltd, wishes to reassure their customers and suppliers that all operations will continue as normal.
Similar trade names have created confusion with customers. Mr. Dominique Van Voorhis, president of Bonneville Solutions, found it important to clarify the distinction between the two companies: "Bonneville Solutions manufactures PVC, steel and fibreglass products and is a division of Farley WinDoor Ltd. since the acquisition that occurred in 2009. Bonneville Solutions is completely independent from Bonneville Windows and Doors (GBO) which manufactures, for its part, wood windows and doors. The financial problems of Bonneville Windows and Doors have therefore nothing to do with our company, which instead enjoys a sound financial basis. We can assure you that all existing and new orders will be produced and delivered as expected", he said.
Bonneville Solutions, a division of Farley WinDoor Ltd, operates two plants in Quebec, namely a door plant in Lévis and a window plant in Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce.
