MIAMI, Feb. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Juan Pablo Cappello, Jaime Guttman, Jason Stark and Jackson Hwu have announced the launching of Private Advising Group, P.A., a boutique law firm with international capabilities focused on representing domestic and international clients in corporate, finance, venture capital/private equity, litigation and dispute resolution matters.
