Boyd Gaming Corporation Announces Offering Of Common Stock

LAS VEGAS, July 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) (the "Company") today announced that it is offering 15,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten registered public offering. In connection with this offering, the Company will grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,250,000 shares of common stock.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to redeem a portion of the Company's 7.125% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2016 and for general corporate purposes. 

Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
