RADNOR, Pa., March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that our Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on April 19, 2013 to holders of record on April 5, 2013. The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on April 15, 2013 to holders of record on March 30, 2013.
