RADNOR, Pa., Sept. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that our Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, payable on October 19, 2016 to holders of record on October 5, 2016. The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on October 17, 2016 to holders of record on September 30, 2016.
