Brian S. Kern, Esq. Joins Acadia Professional as Partner

Prior to joining Acadia, Mr. Kern founded Toro Risk Consulting Group (Toro); a risk consulting firm specializing in various aspects of healthcare risk and value-based payment models such as bundled payments.  Prior to Toro, Mr. Kern was a founder and principal in Argent Professional, which was acquired by Bollinger.  He also serves as an advisor to various healthcare companies.  

Mr. Kern is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School and a member of the NJ Bar.  He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
