Brown Gibbons Lang (BGL) Announces Sale of MACTek Corporation to Pepperl+Fuchs
CLEVELAND, Sept. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of MACTek Corporation (MACTek), to Pepperl+Fuchs GmbH. BGL served as the exclusive financial advisor to MACTek in the sale. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
