SAN DIEGO, July 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bumble Bee Foods S.a r.l. and Bumble Bee Holdco S.C.A. announced today that they will issue their 2013 quarterly reports for Q2 via Intralinks on August 13, 2013. A conference call to discuss Q2 2013 financial results will be held at 11:30 a.m. EDT on August 14, 2013.  Qualified investors will receive notice via Intralinks regarding the call-in number.

An audio replay of the call will be available to qualified investors until midnight on September 15, 2013.
