Bunge Limited to Hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 25, 2012

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bunge Limited (NYSE: BG) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 25, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the Sofitel Hotel, 45 West 44th Street, New York, New York. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual General Meeting and at any subsequent adjournments or postponements of the meeting was March 30, 2012.
