Burnham Holdings, Inc. Announces Senior Management Changes

LANCASTER, Pa., Oct. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Burnham Holdings, Inc., (Pink Sheets: BURCA) announced today that Albert Morrison III has announced his retirement as CEO of the Company, effective April 23, 2012.  Mr. Morrison has been with the company for more than thirty-nine years, holding the position of CEO since 1988.  He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and a Director of Burnham Holdings, Inc.

The Board also announced that it has named Douglas S. Brossman to serve as the Company's President and Director, effective January 1, 2012.  He will also be elected CEO upon Mr. Morrison's retirement in April.  Mr. Brossman has held the position of Vice President and General Counsel of Burnham Holdings, Inc. since 2008.  Prior to joining Burnham Holdings, Inc, Mr. Brossman held various legal and financial positions with Armstrong World Industries, Inc.

Mr. Brossman holds a BS degree in civil engineering from Penn State; a JD from The Dickinson School of Law; and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Morrison graduated from Bucknell University with a BS degree in mechanical engineering, and attended the P.M.D. program of the Harvard Business School.
