Caldwell Partners Announces CFO Transition

TORONTO, Jan. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Retained executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) today announced that Karen Richards , the company's chief financial officer, has decided to retire. Ms. Richards joined Caldwell Partners in 1992.

The formal search for a new chief financial officer will begin immediately. Ms. Richards will remain at Caldwell Partners until mid to late February as part of a coordinated plan to ensure a seamless transition.

Until the search for a new CFO is complete, Caldwell Partners veteran Michael Falagario will manage the finance department to provide continuity of financial strategy. Mr. Falagario is the current director of finance, systems & planning and has a 14-year history with the firm.
