HOUSTON, April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ieAssurance (www.ieAssurance.com) announced it has been awarded program development contracts to support Calfrac Well Services (CWS) in the development and delivery of its API Q2 Quality Management System (QMS) compliance program. ieAssurance, a joint venture between Faithful+Gould and TIEC, is supporting all areas of the development of CWS's new QMS in preparation for the API compliance audits in the first quarter of 2014.
ieAssurance Global Program Director Jim Grindinger states, "Calfrac is completely dedicated to being the first in the fracking industry to become compliant to the new Q2 specification, and the results will solidify its position as a quality driven leader in the industry. Calfrac's compliance will redefine its organization from the top down and the improvements will be dramatic."
The API Q2 specification was introduced to the industry in early 2012. At the end of April, ieAssurance will also announce its full global training schedule for Q1 and Q2 training seminars lead by Ed Durante, president of TIEC. The first week-long course is scheduled in Singapore, June 17-21, 2013, followed up by Aberdeen, July 15-18, 2013. More information on ieAssurance can be located at www.ieAssurance.com.
