Telecom Outsourcing Partner Expands Scope of Call Center and Back Office Support Services
TEMPE, Ariz., Nov. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- It was announced today that James Powers and Gary Moulton have purchased the call center assets and name rights from Calibrus Inc. Mr. Powers, Phoenix-based entrepreneur and former president of iLinc Communications, Inc., has assumed the role of chairman and CEO. Mr. Moulton will leverage his experience in audio conferencing, customer service and Telco operations in his new role as president and COO.
Under the new direction of Powers and Moulton, Calibrus, an established provider of integrated customer call center solutions, is expected to enhance its solution offerings. The company will concentrate on the expansion of customer management services (CMS) and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions such as lead generation, on-boarding and enrollment, customer service, third-party verifications (TPV) and outreach programs, with market expansion expected to address additional industries.
