JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- N-Play announced today that new MLSs have approved the company's agent-centric IDX home search solution for Facebook. Since launching the service in October of last year, the company has added 55 MLS markets serving over 625,000 agents.
IDX pricing for agents is $9.95 per month or $49.95 for an annual subscription. Depending on the MLS market, home search service is automatically activated on the agent's Facebook business page upon the broker's electronic approval of the IDX request. Upon activation, agents' MLS listings are also imported and displayed on their Facebook business pages.

Agents must first become members of the Real Estate Agent Directory on Facebook to sign up for the IDX service. Agents can create a searchable Directory profile to market their services, promote their listings and network with other agents on Facebook. The Directory helps consumers find, learn about and connect with real estate agents on Facebook by location and expertise. Over 160,000 agents from over 10,000 cities have joined the Directory and linked to their Facebook pages. The Directory is also hosted on thousands of real estate-related pages throughout Facebook, including 350 Realtor® Association pages and over 1,000 broker Facebook pages.
Facebook has reported over one billion users worldwide. In the U.S. market there are 100 million Facebook users between the ages of 35 and 55, a prime demographic for real estate.
