Camp Southern Ground Names Brian Parlotto of InComm to Advisory Board of Directors
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Camp Southern Ground, a non-profit camp and conference center focused on children with diverse abilities, has appointed Brian Parlotto to its Advisory Board of Directors.
Parlotto is currently Executive Vice President at InComm, an Atlanta-based prepaid and payments technology company. For nearly a decade, he has served the company in many capacities, including efforts with international expansion, business development, product management and sales and account management. In his current role, he leads the marketing, B2B, incentive, loyalty and digital business initiatives for the company.
"Brian thinks big, and is the kind of business leader who makes things happen," said Rob Parker, President of Camp Southern Ground. "We welcome his entrepreneurial spirit and leadership as we create this special place for children of all abilities."
Located in Georgia, Camp Southern Ground will offer programs designed to help children build confidence, overcome difficulties and grow their abilities while emphasizing superior nutrition and encouraging physical exercise.
"I was immediately drawn to this project," said Parlotto. "It's an amazing undertaking, building a camp where kids can be themselves in a safe, happy, educational setting. It doesn't matter where they're from or what challenges they face, they'll have the opportunity to develop skills individually and as a group that will help them succeed and thrive throughout their lives. I'm excited to be a part of that."
