Political candidates and advocacy organizations are able to target based on voting behavior such as party affiliation, voting history, geography and thousands of other data points. Using an independent third party, CampaignGrid matches real (not modeled) voter registration data to anonymized mobile device IDs making them addressable by voter attribute.
