Dr. Cohen will deliver a poster presentation titled, "Treatment of Plaque-type Psoriasis with Oral CF101: Data from a Phase II/III Clinical Trial," on Monday, March 7th at 10:45 am in the Psoriasis & Other Papulosquamous Disorders section.
Can-Fite is currently preparing to submit the protocol for its Phase III psoriasis trial to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and plans to commence a global study in the fourth quarter of 2016. The psoriasis drug market is forecast to grow to $8.9 billion by 2018, according to estimates by Visiongain.
CF101 is a novel, first-in-class, A3 adenosine receptor agonist (A3AR) small molecule, orally bioavailable drug with a favorable therapeutic index demonstrated in Phase II clinical studies.
