Canada's Official Super Bowl XLVII Parties bring the best of the NFL to Canadian Fans

Multiple cities played host to Canada's largest and most authentic Super Bowl Celebrations

TORONTO, Feb. 3, 2013 /CNW/ - Today, NFL MVPs and Hall of Fame legends joined thousands of Canadian fans to watch the 49ers take on the Ravens at the second annual Official NFL Super Bowl Parties in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Presented by Bud Light, the parties proved yet again that an authentic NFL experience is possible north of the border. Those in attendance were entertained by former NFL players and cheerleaders and were treated to a best-in-class Super Bowl viewing experience.

The NFL and Bud Light brought the spirit, colours and sounds of New Orleans to the Sound Academy in Toronto, Stade Uniprix in Montreal, and the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver.  The local parties brought fans an authentic NFL experience that was the next best thing to being at the Superdome. This year, due to popular demand, the NFL added four additional parties to the line-up, bringing an unparalleled NFL experience to Calgary, Winnipeg, Ottawa and Quebec City, complete with NFL cheerleaders, NFL prizes, and a top-notch viewing experience.

• Former NFL players: Tim Brown, former Heisman Trophy winner and long-time Oakland Raider who recorded 14,934 receiving yards and 100 touchdowns over 17 seasons, and Brian Westbrook, two-time Pro Bowl running back and Philadelphia Eagles all-time leader in yards from scrimmage
• NFL Cheerleaders: Members of The Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders
• Master of Ceremonies: James Cybulski
• Tailgate party food and drinks featured: Bud Light, Pinty's Pub & Grill Chicken Wings, and french fries
