(NASDAQ: SHFL) announced today that they have entered into a joint licensing agreement under which Cantor Gaming will license popular titles from Shuffle Master's suite of proprietary game content for its mobile gaming platform and Shuffle Master will license Cantor Gaming's technology for odds wagering calculation.

The game titles that Shuffle Master will license to Cantor Gaming includes Three Card Poker®, Ultimate Texas Hold 'Em®, Mississippi Stud®, Crazy 4 Poker®, Let It Ride®, and others. In addition, Cantor Gaming will continue to offer casino operators its current gaming solutions which include slot games, video poker and table games, as well as proprietary games like XtraOdds™ Black Jack and XtraOdds™ Baccarat.
