The first-of-its-kind nationally, Capital Blue is focused on customer choice and healthy living, and is designed to provide one-stop shopping for customers to explore insurance options and discover fun ways to engage in good health. It is located in the Lehigh Valley, about 90 miles outside of New York City.
During the "Creating a Culture of Quality in Your Organization" presentation, Capital BlueCross will discuss its role as a member-focused health and medical value leader, and how it drives innovation throughout the health care system, resulting in better care and improved health outcomes for all of its customers.
