Car Lister Announces February Grand Prize Winner of Epic Giveaway

The winner Ruth H. was chosen from more than 8,300 entrants and will receive a $25,000 car voucher, which will be redeemed at Toyota of Brookhaven, one of Car Lister's more than 325 dealership partners.
