CardWorks Opens Third Servicing Facility, the First in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla., June 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CardWorks Servicing, LLC ("CardWorks"), a leading provider of servicing, operational support, and portfolio management to credit card issuers and installment lenders, today announced the opening of its third operational center in Orlando, Florida.  CardWorks expects to make a $4.2 million capital investment in the area, creating approximately 240 new jobs over the next two years.

Located at 100 Colonial Center Parkway in Lake Mary, the 24/7 facility will occupy 30,000 square feet of [prime] office space, housing back office financial service personnel. The company is actively seeking qualified applicants to fill these positions.

The Orlando Economic Partnership assisted CardWorks in identifying and touring ideal locations and helped to coordinate labor discussions with local businesses in the region. The organization has also supported CardWorks' search for potential candidates by connecting the company with workforce and staffing agencies and higher education institutions, as well as assisted with the incentive application and approval process. The State of Florida, Enterprise Florida, and Seminole County were important partners on the project.
