Care Show 2012 Will be Held in Oct. 2012

SHANGHAI, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- UBM China (www.ubmchina.com) will hold the 1st Care Show Shanghai-China 2012 at the Shanghai Equatorial Hotel on 24-25 Oct, 2012.

Population ageing is a global trend - China became an ageing society 10 years ago. There were over 185 million Chinese aged over 60 (13.7% of the total population) in 2011 but this will rise to an estimated 300 million in 2014. This demographic process will continue and will peak around 2030.

UBM is now integrating its global resources on senior care and healthcare with new geo-adaption of its established brand in Senior Care, the Care Show.

The event will bring private sector businesses from different backgrounds and regions together looking at successful business models, management advice and investment opportunities in China and overseas. The event is an ideal networking place for industry professionals, government officials, investors and related organizations.

The UK Care Shows, established for over 10 years, are the largest events for care providers in England.
