Care.com Acquires Breedlove & Associates

WALTHAM, Mass., Aug. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Care.com (http://www.care.com), the largest online care destination in the world, today announced that it has acquired Breedlove & Associates, the largest provider of comprehensive household payroll, tax and compliance services in the U.S.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  Stephanie and Bill Breedlove, who founded the Austin-based company in 1992, will continue to operate the business as a subsidiary of Care.com.
