CareerBuilder Acquires Broadbean to Bring Exciting New Recruitment Technologies to Global Markets

CHICAGO, April 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CareerBuilder announced today that it is acquiring Broadbean, a leader in job distribution, candidate sourcing and big data analytics software. The latest step in CareerBuilder's evolution as the premiere HR Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, the acquisition will bring recruiters and HR managers a faster, more convenient and more cost-effective way to acquire talent.

CareerBuilder purchased Broadbean from Daily Mail and General Trust plc for an undisclosed sum. 

The acquisition unites two technology companies who have made it their business to change the game for recruitment. CareerBuilder specializes in talent management software and deep labor market intelligence that can tell employers anything they need to know about talent supplies, compensation and local workforce dynamics.
