The details for Open Enrollment are:

Homecare professionals living outside of Collier and Lee counties can set up an e-portfolio over the phone. 

We are currently looking for certified nursing assistants, home health aides, homemaker/companions, nurses, or therapists. To qualify, caregivers must be able to communicate in English and must be in good standing with one or more homecare agencies or registries.
