Carriage Services Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Carriage Services, Inc. (NYSE:  CSV) today announced that its Board of Directors on January 29, 2013 declared the quarterly dividend of 2.5¢ per share payable on March 1, 2013 to common share record holders as of February 13, 2013.  The Company also has a dividend reinvestment program that is available so that shareholders may elect to reinvest their dividends into additional shares of the Company's common stock.

Carriage Services is a leading provider of deathcare services and merchandise in the United States. Carriage operates 167 funeral homes in 26 states and 33 cemeteries in 12 states.
