LONDON, June 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The premier executive car hire company, Cars for Stars Ltd, has been bought for an undisclosed amount by an anonymous buyer. At this point very little is known about the new owners, although there are plans afoot to completely revamp the company with a string of exciting changes.

Cars For Stars(R) was first launched in 2003 as a chauffeur driven car hire company based in the Northamptonshire area, subsequently relocating to London in 2007. The company went from strength to strength based on the core principle of providing an outstanding level of customer service with the latest vehicles.

As the company grew, in order to keep up with demand for its car hire service all over the UK, Cars For Stars launched a franchise business model of sorts, where a number of licensees were appointed, operating under the Cars For Stars name all over the country. Despite its being one of the key features of the company, the new owners are reviewing this aspect of the business with a view to abandoning this model as part of the firm's makeover.

The brand new team at Cars For Stars is planning to revitalise the chauffeur car hire firm through a series of expansion plans. Although the company name and branding will remain the same, Cars For Stars will be subjected to a complete makeover, courtesy of a state-of-the-art website, which will be the first port of call for many potential customers.

The news website will provide articles on the latest developments from the executive car hire industry, information on one-off deals being offered by Cars For Stars, plus news and reviews on the latest vehicle models to come onto the market.
