Casio Presents 'Leadership in Music Education Award' at Summer NAMM

VH1 Save The Music Foundation's Chiho Feindler Honored

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Casio America, Inc., a leading electronic musical instrument manufacturer, kicked off Summer NAMM 2017 with the presentation of its 'Leadership in Music Education Award'. The award was presented to Chiho Feindler, Senior Director of Programs and Policy for the VH1 Save The Music Foundation. Feindler and the Save The Music Foundation were recognized for establishing the Keys + Kids grant program, which provides qualifying schools with piano grants to bolster their music, drama and community programs.

Feindler, in working with the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, has always focused on the more challenged school districts and also promotes keyboards as part of the foundation for music learning.
