CRC, a manufacturer of an extensive arsenal of automotive maintenance products, will promote its industry-leading CRC Brakleen® Brake Parts Cleaner on the Sprint Cup Series entry driven by Landon Cassill. Cassill, who garnered attention for his 12th-place finish in the season-opening Daytona 500, will pilot the No. 40 CRC BRAKLEEN Chevrolet in Sunday's Food City 500.
"Next week marks the first week of spring, and while it still may not feel like it in many parts of the country, it's time to start thinking about spring tune-ups on your cars. No matter the project, I can pretty much guarantee you there's a can of CRC BRAKLEEN or another CRC product used in my automotive projects," said Cassill, the 24-year-old former Hendrick Motorsports test driver, who grew up involved in his family's car business. "In the service department of my family's dealership or in our race shop, the familiar red can of CRC BRAKLEEN can be seen everywhere. We can always trust CRC to have the best quality products for any automotive maintenance need."
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Food City 500 will be broadcast live on FOX from Bristol Motor Speedway on Sunday, March 16, with pre-race coverage beginning at 12:30 p.m. EDT.
