Health Alliance Medical Plans and Catasys to Offer the OnTrak™ Program to Illinois Members
LOS ANGELES, April 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Catasys, Inc. (OTCQB: CATS) and Health Alliance Medical Plans today announced a multi-year agreement to offer Catasys' OnTrak Program to Health Alliance members in need in Illinois. OnTrak provides support and guidance to commercial, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage members struggling with both medical and behavioral conditions.

The 52-week program will be available to Health Alliance members who qualify starting this spring.
