During his nearly 15-year rally and rallycross career, Block has achieved many notable victories, including winning the Rally America Rookie of the Year award (2005), garnering an impressive 19 podiums and 8 overall victories in Rally events in a single year (2007), and achieving first place at the Rally New York USA competition (2008). On February 27, 2010, Block won the 100 Acre Wood Rally for the fifth consecutive time, thereby breaking the record held by driver John Buffum. Since then, Block has gone on to earn a total of 7 wins in 9 attempts at the popular Missouri-based event.

Most recently, Block raced his Ford Escort Cosworth ("The Cossie") in the 100 Acre Wood Rally held March 15-16, 2019. This event kicked off the start of the Cossie World Tour, a global racing challenge that will include stops in Ireland, New Zealand, San Marino, and England.
