Celebrated Minneapolis Chef Gavin Kaysen Selects Anthros to Deliver Human Capital Management Services for New Restaurant, Merchant

Kaysen, the former executive chef at the Michelin-starred Cafe Boulud under world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud in New York, is anticipated to launch his new restaurant, Merchant, in the North Loop of Minneapolis. An integral part of Kaysen's business strategy included sourcing the right relationship for human capital management and back-office solutions to include human resources, benefits administration, payroll, workers' compensation insurance, and management consultation.
