Celebrated Minneapolis Chef Gavin Kaysen Selects Anthros to Deliver Human Capital Management Services for New Restaurant, Merchant

Kaysen, the former executive chef at the Michelin-starred Cafe Boulud under world-renowned chef Daniel Boulud in New York, is anticipated to launch his new restaurant, Merchant, in the North Loop of Minneapolis.
