The SEC's EDGAR service will not receive, process or accept filings on November 11 because of the Veteran's Day Holiday, and Celsion is rescheduling its third quarter conference call for 3:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 15, 2010 to enable it to allow for its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 and current report on Form 8-K to be filed and furnished to the SEC, respectively, and disseminated to investors in advance of the conference call in compliance with applicable SEC regulations.
