Certified Pre-Owned Cats -- Name Your Price Adoption Special
It's a Labor of Love for Cats at SPCA of Central Florida
ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Kicking-off the Labor Day week, traditionally the big week for car sales, the SPCA of Central Florida announced the "Labor of Love for Cats" campaign where Certified Pre-Owned cats can be adopted with a "Name Your Price Guarantee" at its shelters, 2727 Conroy Road, Orlando, FL 32839 and 2800 County Home Road, Sanford, FL 32773. SPCA of Central Florida's full service veterinary department has checked all cats from nose to tail, making sure each cat is spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and equipped with a Feline Theft Detection Device, also known as a microchip. To view adoptable cats online visit www.orlandopets.org. Both shelters open on Labor Day 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
"Summer months are the most difficult months for cats in shelters," said Kerri Burns, Executive Director for SPCA of Central Florida. "The shelters are filled to capacity with highly adoptable cats and we are turning to the community for help by asking the public to adopt a homeless cat during the end of summer season." "It's clearance time on all CAT-egories," said Burns.
Whether you adopt a new model kitten or a late model senior cat, making room in your family for a special feline friend is made easy with the "Name Your Price Guarantee" where no offer will be refused on all adoption fees now through September 4, 2013. If you cannot adopt a cat this week, you can lend a hand by providing a temporary foster home for a special needs cat. For more information on adopting or becoming a foster home, call (407)248-1744 or visit www.orlandopets.org.
