Cetrom Achieves Distinguished SOC 2 Type II Certification

This certification concludes a year of milestone accomplishments for Cetrom, including adding 20 new clients and expanding its Mt. Airy, Maryland satellite office, which will be used for training and ongoing education for its engineers.

To achieve the SOC 2 certification, Cetrom was required to complete security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy reports that demonstrate the company's ability to meet or exceed industry standards to safeguard data. A rigorous process that reviews the entirety of organizational operations and personnel, the comprehensive audit, conducted by an independent third party, evaluates the design and efficacy of security controls and backup procedures.
