Power and Associates 2010 Texas Residential Retail Electric Provider Customer Satisfaction Study(SM) released today.

The study, now in its third year, measures customer satisfaction with REPs in Texas by examining four key factors: pricing, billing and payment, communications and customer service. Champion Energy's overall satisfaction score was 737 on a 1,000-point scale, earning the company the highest score amongst its competitors.
